Teacher Training and Dissemination of the Instrumental Awareness Method in Primary Schools
This project is implemented from the subsidy of the City of Prague, which is intended to support education on the territory of the capital city of Prague for the year 2024 - Measures to support the education of management and teaching staff of schools and educational institutions on the territory of the City of Prague and support Czech language education.
The project aims to disseminate the Instrumental Awareness Method (MIU) to primary schools in the territory of the Capital City of Prague. Prague. The project will enable the participating teachers to receive training in the method so that they can work effectively with their pupils and support the development of pupils in these levels:
Supporting cognitive development.
Improving emotional intelligence.
Stress management and emotion management.
Strengthening concentration and attention.
Developing empathy and communication.

Teacher Training and the Promotion of MIU in Elementary Schools in 2026 and
Support and Promotion of Senior Citizens’ Clubs in 2026
From June 2025 to August 2027, we focus on supporting teachers and their professional growth. We want to strengthen cooperation between schools so that they can share MIA experiences and inspire each other.
MIA is implemented in the teacher education and social work curricula at Czech universities
