"Being able to pause, being mindful of the present, connecting the dots, the art of listening, open communication," lists Zuzana Kokeš the main benefits of MIA for pupils at the Prague elementary school where she teaches. At Tusarova Elementary School in Prague 7, she leads a seven-member MIA group of teachers. The Method of Instrumental Awareness is part of the curriculum for students in grades 2 to 6 once a week, and there are discussions about how to enable work with MIA up to the ninth grade. Zuzana Kokeš will present her experiences with MIA instruments as "real tools for unlocking one's own thinking" at the
ATC conference on November 21, 2025, together with her students, who will share how MIA has helped them not only to better plan tasks and solve complex problems at school, but also how it has influenced their daily lives, self-confidence, and communication with friends.
